On arrival you will
find a welcome pack awaiting you. A comprehensive guide
for use of the property, pool, etc. are in the villa together
with local information regarding beaches, restaurants, places
of interest, shopping, etc. A weekly maid and pool cleaning
service is included in the price.
Car hire is certainly recommended,
and can be arranged via a regular contact. You can either
collect from the airport or The Amber House Villa. Cars
cost about £15 -20 per day in high season, depending
on the model, but are cheaper in low season. We would recommend
the comprehensive insurance, which is something like £3
per day extra. You will need a valid British driving license.
Conditions This is a non-smoking villa although we are happy for people to
smoke outside. No pets are allowed. Reputable English-speaking
babysitters are available, details on request. The going rate
is approx £3.50 per hour.
Tariff
A 50% deposit of total rental is required to secure the booking,
paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking
and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Balance is required
approximately 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, together
with a refundable breakage deposit of £150 to be paid by
cheque with the final balance. Cancellation charges: up to 8 weeks
- deposit; up to 55 days - 60% of the total cost; up to 28 days
- 100% of the total cost.
